Whole British Chicken

Whole Chicken (Approx 1.6kg)

Preheat an oven to to 180 degrees. Place the chicken on a non stick oven tray, cover with tin foil and cook for 70 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.
