Worzals Family Day Out Competition - Arctic Adventure 2025 Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Competition Overview
This promotional competition is organised by Worzals, in collaboration with Norfolk Family Outings. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Competition Dates
Opens: Thursday 6 November 2025
Closes: Thursday 20 November 2025 at 11:59 PM
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
4. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. How to Enter
To enter the competition on Instagram, you must:
FOLLOW: @worzals & @norfolkfamilyoutings
LIKE & SHARE: the post to your stories and don’t forget to tag @norfolkfamilyoutings.
TAG: anyone in the comments who you think would love to win (one tag per comment counts for one entry so get tagging!)
All three actions must be completed for your entry to be valid. Your Instagram profile must be public for us to see the story share.
6. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
* Family entry for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) to Worzals, including access to the play area
* One free pumpkin per person (up to 4)
* A £50 food and drink voucher to be used at Worzals (redeemable in a single transaction; no change given)
* A free electric tractor ride for each child (up to 2 rides)
7. Prize Terms
The prize must be redeemed by 31st October 2025, subject to availability and opening hours.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Worzals reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM within 3 working days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, Worzals reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Data Protection
We will not collect or store personal data beyond what is necessary to contact the winner. No data will be shared with third parties.
10. General
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Worzals reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances require it. Entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
