To participate in the ‘Worzals Winners’ customers can obtain a golden ticket on the purchase of any qualifying menu item; either Wonka themed cheesecake or Wonka themed pancakes (whilst stocks last).

Carefully remove the golden ticket from the packaging by opening the envelope. Each golden ticket will reveal a prize either: Afternoon Tea for Two, 10% off Breakfast, a Classic Cocktail, a Soft Drink, a Side Dish, 10% off Summer Bedding Plants or a £50 gift voucher.

Golden Tickets are not transferable, divisible or permitted to be sold, resold or gifted.

Please make sure Golden Tickets are kept safe and undamaged at all times. For some prizes, it is mandatory to exchange the ticket in order to claim the prize.

Winners of Afternoon Tea for Two Golden Tickets will contain one unique 10-character code which can be used at checkout via the Worzals website to claim prize.

Please make sure that all Golden Ticket codes are kept private without being revealed to anyone else (other than to Worzals as part of a prescribed process for an entry, registration or prize-claim in accordance with these rules). Failure to do this may result in Worzals determining (in its discretion) that the Golden Ticket code together with all associated entries, registrations and/or prize-claims are void (and we reserve the right to take this action irrespective of whether or not there is any evidence to suggest that the failure has resulted or will result in a wrongful prize claim or other action).

Worzals has produced a total volume of Golden Tickets across all types of qualifying menu items which it considers reasonably likely to satisfy estimated demand for Golden Tickets during the Promotion. Customers should check with a member of staff if qualifying menu items are available with Golden Tickets BEFORE placing an order.

Our Wonka themed cheesecake is available from 1200pm daily and Wonka themed pancakes available until 11.15am daily. Opening hours and services (including the types of menu items and their respective serving hours) are variable and subject to change – any concern to ensure a specific qualifying menu item is available and will be served at a specific time, should be checked with your restaurant before ordering or travelling.

The specific conditions attaching to each prize-type within this category are:

Afternoon Tea for Two - each “Afternoon Tea for Two Voucher” prize is awarded as a voucher code which can be applied to a winner’s order on Worzals.com only. This gift card can be used on selected products only: Afternoon Tea for Two, Veggie Afternoon Tea for Two or a Gentlemen’s Afternoon Tea for Two. The credit will lapse if not used by the 31 May 2024, after which date any remaining credit shall lapse without right to compensation Limit of 1 claim per customer.

10% off breakfast - each “10% off Breakfast Voucher” prize is awarded as a voucher which can be applied to a winner’s order in Worzals restaurant only. To claim this promotion, please present your Golden Ticket to your server before placing your order. This promotion is available for selected breakfast menu only and does not include drinks, special offers or reductions. Must not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Breakfast will be served at a specific time and should be checked with the restaurant before ordering or travelling. The voucher expires if not used by the 31 May 2024, after which date any remaining credit shall lapse without right to compensation Limit of 1 claim per customer.

A classic cocktail - each “Classic Cocktail Voucher” prize is awarded as a voucher which can be applied to a winner’s order in Worzals restaurant only. To claim this promotion, please present your Golden Ticket to your server before placing your order. This promotion is available for selected classic cocktail only and does not include speciality drinks, special offers or reductions. Voucher claimants must be 18yrs old or above. We reserve the right to refuse service and void golden tickets if the claimant is drunk or we suspect any misuse. The voucher expires if not used by the 31 May 2024, after which date any remaining credit shall lapse without right to compensation Limit of 1 claim per customer.

A soft drink - each “Soft Drink Voucher” prize is awarded as a voucher which can be applied to a winner’s order in Worzals restaurant only. To claim this promotion, please present your Golden Ticket to your server before placing your order. This promotion is available for selected soft drinks only and does not include speciality drinks, special offers or reductions. The voucher expires if not used by the 31 May 2024, after which date any remaining credit shall lapse without right to compensation Limit of 1 claim per customer.

A side dish - each “Side Dish Voucher” prize is awarded as a voucher which can be applied to a winner’s order in Worzals restaurant only. To claim this promotion, please present your Golden Ticket to your server before placing your order. This promotion is available for selected side dishes only and does not include speciality dishes, special offers or reductions. Side dishes will be served at a specific time and should be checked with the restaurant before ordering or travelling. The voucher expires if not used by the 31 May 2024, after which date any remaining credit shall lapse without right to compensation Limit of 1 claim per customer.

10% off Summer Bedding Plants - each “10% off Summer Bedding Plants Voucher” prize a voucher which can be applied to a winner’s order in Worzals Garden Centre only. This gift card can be used on selected Summer Bedding Plants only, whilst stocks last. The voucher expires if not used by the 31 May 2024, after which date any remaining credit shall lapse without right to compensation Limit of 1 claim per customer.

£50 Gift Voucher - each “£50 Gift Voucher” prize is awarded as a voucher which can be used across Worzals restaurant, farm shop and garden centre only. This voucher cannot be used to purchase goods from worzals.com. To claim this promotion, please present your Golden Ticket at checkout or before placing your order. Must be used for purchase of full price goods only, no discounts may be permitted. The voucher expires if not used by the 31 May 2024, after which date any remaining credit shall lapse without right to compensation Limit of 1 claim per customer.

Participants who make purchases outside the Promotion Period will not qualify for participation.

Worzals reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from participation, or further participation, in the Promotion any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights.

Worzals reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
