SEASONAL STAFF - CHRISTMAS EVENTS TEAM (RETAIL)

We are searching for friendly, confident and enthusiastic people to join our Christmas Events Team at our busy Christmas event: 'Santa's Arctic Adventure.'

We are currently seeking seasonal staff to join our busy Christmas Event. Successful applicants will need to be flexible to where they are working and available on all dates. We are ideally looking for anyone who is confident with taking on a specific role. You may be working on one of our german market stalls, working within our busy food and drinks kitchen, assisting with our meet & greet queue or checking in guests.

Please see shifts below. All shifts need to be available for successful applicants.

SHIFTS

• Saturday 30 November 9-4pm
• Saturday 7 December 9-4pm
• Sunday 8 December 9-4pm
• Saturday 14 December 9-4pm
• Sunday 15 December 9-4pm
• Saturday 21 December 9-4pm
• Sunday 22 December 9-4pm
• Monday 23 December 9-4pm
• Tuesday 24 December 9-4pm

Responsibilities
- Greeting guests
- Engaging and interacting with children and families of all ages and backgrounds
- Demonstrate excellent etiquette when communicating with customers
- Effectively communicate product and event information to customers
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Manage time efficiently to ensure tasks are completed promptly

Requirements

- A great attitude and outgoing personality
- High energy, and cheerful
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Excellent etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Please note, all successful applicants will need to be available on the 23rd, 24th or November for training.
