Minted Lamb Chops 4 Pack
Fresh Lamb coated in our delicious, sweet and fragrant mint marinade. Turn the oven up to 180 degrees. Arrange the lamb steaks on a tray or oven proof dish and put in the oven for 20 minutes, reduce the heat and cook for a further 15 minutes. Cooking low and slow for the final stages will allow the fat and sauce to caramelise, this will create tender, delicious lamb. Remove and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Serve with fluffed couscous and fresh dressed salad.
