FAQ: Pumpkin Patch

GENERAL INFORMATION

Are you easy to find?
We are easy to find situated on the A47. If you are using a sat nav, then please use our postcode to find us: PE14 7DA
 
Are there parking facilities on site?
There is a large free car park on site. We have limited disabled parking spaces available. Please note our car park is gravelled with paved walkways.

What should I wear for the Pumpkin Patch?
We advise visitors to dress for the weather. The main event is under cover and has heating in some areas.
 
What else is on site?
We have the Bar & Grill restaurant (including outdoor play area), Garden Centre and Farm Shop also on site, all of which can be accessed without a ticket during our opening hours.
Located within the Pumpkin Patch, our Bertha’s Coffee and Creamery, Street Food Vendors, Electric Tractor Track and Hook-a-duck. Toilet and baby changing facilities.
 
Can we book a table in your restaurant?
We recommend booking at all times during October, book a table here.

Are dogs allowed?
No. As much as we adore our four-legged friends, for the safety and comfort of all our guests, dogs are not allowed anywhere on site. (Except for guide dogs.)

When is the Pumpkin Patch open?
Our pumpkin patch is open on select days from 5th -31st October. Our opening hours are 9-5/4pm with some late night openings on select days (until 8pm.) The Meet & Greet actors and street food vendors will be open/available in line with our open hours.

How much are the tractor rides?
Tractor rides are £1 each and take cash only. Change is available at Bertha's Coffee & Creamery Kiosk.

How much is the hook-a-duck?
Hook-a-duck is £3 per go and includes a prize everytime. The hook-a-duck stand accept card payment only.

How much is facepaint?
We have face painting available by Event Glam 7 with a selection of designs available for £5 each. Children under the age of 3 years cannot be face painted. Event Glam 7 accept card payment only.

For your safety
Please ensure you stick to the route and supervise children/vulnerable adults at all times. Please refrain from touching lights/electrical equipment, props and sets other than the clearly marked interactive elements. Please ensure health and safety signage is observed and adhered to at all times when riding the tractors.

TICKET INFORMATION

Do I need a ticket?
Yes tickets are required upon entry for every person in attendance including children and babies. Tickets must be purchased online.

Can I change my booking?
Ticket buyers are able to reschedule their tickets up until 2 days before the ticket start date (where we have capacity to do so.) This can be done by going to our event page and clicking 'manage tickets'. Please follow the relevant steps to manage and amend your booking. Once you have successfully changed your booking you will receive an email confirmation, without this your original booking will REMAIN unchanged. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded as per our terms and conditions. Please take extra care when booking your tickets.

What are the prices for Rusty's Pumpkin Patch?
General Admission: £6.95 per person (anyone over the age of 1 years) or Under One Admission: £5 (anyone under the age of 1 years).

Can I get a copy of my booking email?
Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email (to the email address you submitted during the booking process) with your QR code / digital tickets as confirmation of your booking. You do not need to print - we will be able to admit you using your digital QR code ticket, order/booking number and/or the full name of the lead booking person. Please ensure that you arrive with this information readily available to enable smooth access. If you have lost your booking email, you can retrieve it by clicking 'manage tickets' on the event page and following the steps. Please remember to check your email junk/spam folder for this.

If I am delayed and miss my slot, can I join a later slot?

No. It is important that you arrive in time for your fixed entry slot. All entry slots have a fixed maximum capacity, and subsequent timeslots (or indeed the entire event) may be at capacity. In which case regrettably we will be unable to transfer your ticket to a different time slot. Please Note: All tickets are strictly non-transferrable and can not be used at a different time/on a different day.

Sensory Friendly Session
We are running a sensory friendly session on Thursday 24 October from 0900-1130. This morning is for our visitors who have specific sensory needs and their families to enjoy. We will reduce the capacity during this timeslot, so hopefully your experience will feel less crowded with a more relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer carer tickets.
