FAQ: Worzals Arctic Adventure

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

Are you easy to find?
We are easy to find situated on the A47. If you are using a sat nav, then please use our postcode to find us: PE14 7DA


Are there parking facilities on site?
There is a large free car park on site. We have limited disabled parking spaces available. Please note our car park is gravelled with paved walkways.

What to wear?
The event takes place under cover but can get pretty cold in some areas. We advise visitors to dress for the weather and bring a coat, hats, gloves to stay warm!

What else is on site?
We have the Bar & Grill restaurant, and Farm Shop also on site, all of which can be accessed without a ticket during our opening hours. Located within Worzals Arctic Adventure is Bertha’s Coffee and Creamery, other Street Food Vendors, Electric Tractor Track and retail outlets.

Toilets
Accessible toilets (including baby changing) are located next to the Food and Drinks Bar within our Event Space.

Can we book a table in your restaurant?
We recommend booking at all times during December, book a table here.

Are dogs allowed?
No. As much as we adore our four-legged friends, for the safety and comfort of all our guests, dogs are not allowed anywhere on site. (Except for guide dogs.)

When is Worzals Arctic Adventure Open?
Worzals Arctic Adventure is open on selected days from Saturday 29 November to Wednesday 24 December.

How long is Worzals Arctic Adventure Experience?
Please allow 2-2.5 hours for the experience.

How much are the tractor rides?
Tractor rides are £1 each and take cash only. Change is available at Bertha's Coffee & Creamery Kiosk.

How much is the hook-a-duck?
Hook-a-duck is £3 per go and includes a prize everytime. The hook-a-duck stand accept card payment only.

How much is facepaint?
We have face painting available by Event Glam 7 with a selection of designs available for £6 each. Children under the age of 3 years cannot be face painted. Event Glam 7 accept card payment only.


For your safety
Please ensure you stick to the route and supervise children/vulnerable adults at all times. Please refrain from touching lights/electrical equipment, props and sets other than the clearly marked interactive elements. Please ensure health and safety signage is observed and adhered to at all times when riding the tractors.

TICKET INFORMATION

Do I need a ticket?
Yes tickets are required upon entry and can be purchased online.

What is included in Worzals Arctic Adventure ticket?
This year, we have 3 different tickets types available to suit every family's needs and budget.

ALL ticket opens the gateway to Elf Village, the Play Park, and a festive Scavenger Hunt with a prize. From there, your journey can be as magical as you choose:

  • Arctic Adventure + Christmas Play (£15 per child)
    Perfect for families looking for festive fun at great value. Enjoy Elf Village, the play park, a magical scavenger hunt.
  • Arctic Adventure + Meet & Greet (from £22-£26 per child)
    Step deeper into the wonder of the North Pole. Children will decorate gingerbread, make reindeer food, and enjoy a brief meet & greet with Father Christmas himself.
  • Arctic Adventure + Private Meet (from £35-£45 per child)
    The ultimate magical experience. Along with all activities above, your family will enjoy a private grotto visit with Father Christmas, a heartwarming personalised chat, and a special gift token for his Toy Shop - where your child can choose their very own toy to take home.

Please note that adult tickets do not include the gingerbread making, reindeer food or scavenger hunt activity.

What are the prices for Worzals Arctic Adventure?

  • Arctic Adventure + Christmas Play - £15 per child £10 adult
  • Arctic Adventure + Meet & Greet - £22 per child £15 per adult (29-30 November), £24 per child £15 per adult (6-7 December), or £26 per child £15 per adult (13-24 December)
  • Arctic Adventure + Private Meet - £35 per child £16.95 per adult (29-30 November), £40 per child £16.95 per adult (6-7 December), or £45 per child £16.95 per adult (13-24 December)
  • Under 1 Years not including any gifts or activities - Free, when attending alongside 1 full paying child ticket. Please be aware, anyone clearly over age 1 without a paying ticket will be required to purchase one on the door.

Why do I have to pay a booking fee?
The small booking fee you see at checkout is not something Worzals keeps – it goes directly to our secure booking platform. This fee helps cover the costs of running a safe, reliable, and easy-to-use ticketing system, so you can book your Arctic Adventure quickly and with complete peace of mind.

By using this platform, we can make sure your tickets are reserved instantly, your payment is handled securely, and your booking details are delivered straight to your inbox without delay. It also means we can focus all of our energy on creating the most magical Christmas experience possible for you and your family.

We know fees can be frustrating, but please rest assured that every penny of your ticket price goes back into making your Arctic Adventure truly unforgettable. The booking fee is simply the small cost of keeping the system smooth and secure for everyone.

Can I change my booking?
No. We are unable to refund or alter the date/time of tickets after booking. Please take extra care when booking your tickets and remember to add on every person who is in attendance as we are unable to add extra guests to your booking after checkout. 

Can I get a copy of my booking email?
Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email (to the email address you submitted during the booking process) with your QR code / digital tickets as confirmation of your booking. You do not need to print - we will be able to admit you using your digital QR code ticket, order/booking number and/or the full name of the lead booking person. Please ensure that you arrive with this information readily available to enable smooth access. If you have lost your booking email, you can retrieve it by clicking 'manage tickets' on the event page and following the steps. Please remember to check your email junk/spam folder for this.

If I am delayed and miss my slot, can I join a later slot?
Please arrive in time for your fixed entry slot. All entry slots have a fixed maximum capacity, and subsequent timeslots (or indeed the entire event) may be at capacity. In which case regrettably we will be unable to transfer your ticket to a different time slot. Please Note: All tickets are strictly non-transferrable and can not be used at a different time/on a different day.

Allergies
My child has a food allergy, will they still be able to take part in all of the activities on offer? We can adapt the gingerbread decorating to cater for most allergies. If your child has an allergy, please inform us when booking. It is important that you please make staff aware of any allergies on the day also.
