FAQ: Santa's Arctic Adventure


Are you easy to find?
We are easy to find situated on the A47. If you are using a sat nav, then please use our postcode to find us: PE14 7DA

Are there parking facilities on site?
There is a large free car park on site. We have limited disabled parking spaces available. Please note our car park is gravelled with paved walkways.

What to wear?
The event takes place in our Garden Centre which is under cover but can get pretty cold in some areas. We advise visitors to dress for the weather and bring a coat, hats, gloves to stay warm!

What else is on site?
We have the Bar & Grill restaurant, and Farm Shop also on site, all of which can be accessed without a ticket during our opening hours. Located within Santa's Arctic Adventure is Bertha’s Coffee and Creamery, other Street Food Vendors, Electric Tractor Track and retail outlets.

Accessible toilets (including baby changing) are located next to the Food and Drinks Bar within our Event Space.

Can we book a table in your restaurant?
We recommend booking at all times during December, book a table here.

Are dogs allowed?
No. As much as we adore our four-legged friends, for the safety and comfort of all our guests, dogs are not allowed anywhere on site. (Except for guide dogs.)

When is Santa's Arctic Adventure Open?
Santa's Arctic Adventure Open is open on selected days from Friday 1 December to Sunday 24 December. See our booking page for more information.

How long is Santa's Arctic Adventure Experience?
Please allow 1.5 hours for the experience.

How much are the tractor rides?
Each full paying child ticket includes a token for 1 free Tractor Rides. Additional rides are £1 each and take cash only. Change is available at Bertha's Coffee & Creamery Kiosk.

For your safety
Please ensure you stick to the route and supervise children/vulnerable adults at all times. Please refrain from touching lights/electrical equipment, props and sets other than the clearly marked interactive elements. Please ensure health and safety signage is observed and adhered to at all times when riding the tractors.


Do I need a ticket?
Yes tickets are required upon entry and can be purchased online.

What is included in a Santa’s Arctic Adventure ticket?
Your Santa’s Arctic Adventure ticket includes:

  • Entry to Santa’s Arctic Adventure at your chosen date and time, with activities and treats for the children. This includes:
  • Free parking
  • Gingerbread Decorating
  • 1 Electric Tractor Track Ride per child
  • Storytelling
  • Visit with Father Christmas
  • 1 250g Pick ‘n’ Mix Bag for every child
  • 1 soft toy for every child when you visit Father Christmas
  • Each adult ticket includes a £2 voucher for food or drink to be used in either of our 2 on-site snack bars; Mount Frites or Bertha’s Coffee and Creamery.

Can I change my booking?
We are unable to refund or alter the date/time of tickets after booking. Please take extra care when booking your tickets.

What are the prices for Santa's Arctic Adventure?
Child: £30 includes: gift from santa, 250g pick ‘n’ mix bag, electric tractor ride, gingerbread decorating
Adult: £7 Includes £2 voucher for food or drink in our on-site snack bars
Under 1 Years not including any gifts or activities: Free, when attending alongside a full paying child ticket. No ticket required. Please be aware, anyone clearly over age 1 without a paying ticket will be required to purchase one on the door.

Please note you must have at least one full child's paying ticket to gain entry to Santa's Arctic Adventure. Bookings with only adult tickets will not be accepted.

Can I get a copy of my booking email?
Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email (to the email address you submitted during the booking process – please remember to check your email junk/spam folder for this) confirming the details of your booking. We do not send you any actual tickets, you will just need your digital ticket on the day. You do not need to print - we will be able to admit you using your digital QR code ticket, order/booking number and/or the full name of the lead booking person. Please ensure that you arrive with this information readily available to enable smooth access.

If I am delayed and miss my slot, can I join a later slot?
Please arrive in time for your fixed entry slot. All entry slots have a fixed maximum capacity, and subsequent timeslots (or indeed the entire event) may be at capacity. In which case regrettably we will be unable to transfer your ticket to a different time slot. Please Note: All tickets are strictly non-transferrable and can not be used at a different time/on a different day.

My child has a food allergy, will they still be able to take part in all of the activities on offer? We can adapt the gingerbread decorating to cater for most allergies. If your child has an allergy, please inform us in writing: worzals-events@outlook.com ahead of the event including personal information and booking confirmation details. Please include booking information to ensure we are able to track. It is important that you please make staff aware of any allergies on the day also.

At the end of the event every child is also gifted a 250g Pick 'n' Mix bag. This can also be adapted to cater for most allergies. If your child has an allergy, please inform us in writing: worzals-events@outlook.com ahead of the event including personal information and booking confirmation details. Please include booking information to ensure we are able to track. It is important that you please make staff aware of any allergies on the day also.

Sensory Friendly Session
Santa's Arctic Adventure will be running a sensory friendly session on Friday 1 December at 3-6.30pm. This evening is for our visitors who have specific sensory needs and their families to enjoy. We will reduce the capacity during this timeslot, so hopefully your experience will feel less crowded and more relaxed. The audio volume will be reduced, again to hopefully enhance your enjoyment of during the experience.

We want to make your visit perfect, so if you require any further information or assistance at all, please email worzals-events@outlook.com. Ticket prices on these nights remain the same as for the rest of the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer carer tickets at this time.
